Spring Cleaning

Spring cleaning was made easy this year because of Norwex!  I decided to take all of my extra time and clean the forgotten parts of my day.....like my makeup brushes.  I used to be so regimented when it came to cleaning them, but as with all things time got away from me.  I used a scoop of the Ultra Power Plus laundry detergent with hot water and dumped all of my brushes in for a deep clean.  Within a few seconds, the water was murky with makeup residue (as seen in the middle picture below).  I let the brushes soak for 10 minutes total, rinsed them out really well in warm water, and let them air dry on a hand towel.

We currently have our house on the market, so we have to keep our house ready for a showing at any time.  Luckily Norwex makes that easy for me.  After one of our showings this week, I came home to find what you see in the picture on the left.  After a quick wipe down with my wet enviro cloth, followed by the window cloth, the glass was once again sparkling.  Check out the picture on the right for the finished product.
